Alpha 2 Omega Auto Repair Warranty Policy

At Alpha 2 Omega Auto Repair, located at 1485 MT Hwy 35 Kalispell, MT, we stand behind our

work with a commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. This warranty policy applies to all

repairs, parts, and labor performed by our shop. It is provided in addition to any manufacturer’s

warranties on parts used. This is a limited warranty and does not cover every possible scenario.

1. Warranty Coverage

• Labor Warranty: All labor performed by Alpha 2 Omega Auto Repair is warranted

against defects in workmanship for 12 months or 12,000 miles (whichever comes first),

starting from the date of invoice completion.

• Parts Warranty:

o New OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) parts: Covered for 12 months or

6,000 miles (whichever comes first).

o New aftermarket parts: Covered for 6 months or 6,000 miles (whichever comes

first).

o Remanufactured or rebuilt parts: Covered for 3 months or 3,000 miles

(whichever comes first).

• Coverage includes repair or replacement of the warranted item at no additional charge for

parts and labor, provided the failure is due to defects in materials or workmanship under

normal use.

• There is no warranty on any customer supplied parts or any labor to install those parts.

2. What We Will Do

If a warranted failure occurs within the coverage period:

• We will inspect the vehicle at no cost to you.

• We will repair or replace the defective part/labor using comparable quality parts.

• Repairs will be completed within a reasonable time (typically 5-10 business days,

depending on parts availability).

3. How to Claim Warranty

• Contact us immediately at (406)991-2151 or visit the shop to schedule an appointment.

• Provide your original invoice and vehicle details (make, model, VIN, mileage).

• Return the vehicle to our shop for inspection—warranty service must be performed by

Alpha 2 Omega Auto Repair.

4. Exclusions and Limitations

This warranty does not cover:• Failures due to misuse, abuse, neglect, accidents, modifications, or improper maintenance

(e.g., using incorrect fluids or skipping recommended services).

• Normal wear and tear items (e.g., brakes, tires, wiper blades, belts, hoses, filters).

• Damage from environmental factors (e.g., road salt, chemicals) or external causes (e.g.,

collisions).

• Consequential damages (e.g., loss of use, towing, rental cars, or secondary vehicle

damage).

• Repairs performed by non-authorized shops or using non-approved parts.

• Vehicles used for commercial, racing, or off-road purposes (warranty reduced to 50%

coverage).

• There is no warranty on any customer supplied parts or any labor to install those parts.

Our total liability under this warranty is limited to the original repair cost.

5. Transferability and Duration

• This warranty is not transferable to subsequent owners of the vehicle.

• Coverage ends upon sale of the vehicle, expiration of the time/mileage period, or if the

vehicle accumulates excessive mileage without service records.
